23andMe is the first company on the market to offer detailed autosomal DNA testing to its customers. Individuals tested prior to November 2013 also received information related to their health. It is possible that after 23andMe reaches an agreement with the FDA that they will resume that part of their services. They don't allow third parties autosomal DNA results to be uploaded to their database.
Ancestry.com offers free and subscription-based services to the world largest genealogical resources. They are currently in the Beta stage of their autosomal DNA product which utilizes the resources of the Sorenson Molecular Genealogy Foundation (SMGF), and they are still offering 46 marker YDNA tests and mtDNA testing of the Hypervariable Regions (HVRI, HVRII, and HVRIII).
